Faith Formation for ChildrenWelcome to Holy Family's Faith Formation Program. We seek to provide Catholic youth of all ages with orthodox instruction that compliments and supplements the formation they receive from their parents, the first teachers of their children's Catholic faith.
Important notes to keep in mind:- Second grade is preparation for reception of First Holy Communion. A copy of Baptism certificate will be required.
- If your child wishes to receive First Communion and is older than 2nd grade, please select the grade level corresponding with your child's age.
- Beginning in the 2025–2026 year, Holy Family will implement the Archdiocese’s revised policy for Confirmation: one year of preparation, with the sacrament received in 5th grade.
- For this transitional year, classes 5th grade and above will be preparing to receive the sacrament of Confirmation in spring of 2026

- ALL Faith Formation classes meet on Sundays, 10:45 - 11:45 AM in the Ministry Center beginning September 14th.
- All CCD grades and CGS will have one class session per year that reviews the Diocesan "Circle of Grace" material. For more information, please visit the Diocesan Safe Environment webpage. Parents will be notified ahead of time and have the choice to opt out.
